Maple Bacon Sweet Potato Hash Recipe 

This bacon and maple sweet potato puree is a delicious sweet and appetizing formula. It's the perfect side dish for breakfast, informal breakfast or dinner significantly!

ingredients

  • 4 cups bite-size sweet potatoes, 2 to 3 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 lb bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Add the bacon to a large skillet and turn the heat to medium.
  2. Cook the bacon, stirring occasionally, until cooked and starts to get crispy - about 5 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon from a plate lined with paper towel and set aside.
  4. Drain the bacon fat carefully except 2 tablespoons of the pan and return to the top of the pan.
  5. Add the diced sweet potatoes to the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Cook until sweet potatoes for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, or until tender with fork.
  7. Mix the cooked bacon in the sweet potatoes and drizzle the maple syrup over it.
