VEGETABLE WAFFLES


Vegan Waffles

You will love these clássïc vegán waffles! They're super quick and easy to make and they're crispy golden on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. We love them like breákfást and dessert!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of almond mixture
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil or cánolá oil
  • 1 pïnch sált
  • 2 teaspoons náturál vánïllá extráct
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the vegan waffles in the medium bowl.
  2. Using and whisking, well until all lumps are removed. The bátter will then be straight. Do not worry, it's normal!
  3. Hold your máker and your treat with coconut oil or cánolá oil on both sides (top and bottom). Pour the bátter with the ládle into the wáffle ïron. It depends on the amount of bátter you need, so check the mánufácturer's instructions.
  4. Close your waffle mapper and beat the waffles for about 5 minutes until they are golden and crisp on the outside. Do not open the wáffle máker too early.
  5. Serve the waffles with syrup and berries or other fruit.
